Under 18
A feed built for
the age of the
person reading it.
Three tiers, under 13, 13 to 15, and 16 plus, with different rules on each. Not a setting you have to find. The way the app works.
- Social and feed notifications are off by default for under-18 accounts. Fixtures and club messages stay on, because those are the ones that matter.
- No private messages from a coach to any Athlete under 18, anywhere in the app.
- Under-18 Athletes appear by handle, not full name.
- Under 13 is parent-managed. 13 to 15 needs one guardian approval, once.

ALEX is the SHOT newsroom. Sport stories, written and published daily, so the feed has something in it on a Tuesday in February when your club has no fixture.

It is a sport app. Politics, outrage bait and whatever is trending elsewhere do not get in, because they are off-topic by definition rather than by moderation.
Real accounts
Everyone posting is tied to a real club through a Sport Head ID. There is no follower economy to game, so there is nothing to buy.
Built for under-18s
Three age tiers with different rules. Social notifications off by default for under-18 accounts. Handles, not full names. No coach messages to minors.
Most feeds moderate toxicity after the fact. This one is narrow enough that most of it never arrives.
