See it for your academyThis is SHOT for academies. Most academies pay for several tools and every coach plans and assesses differently. SHOT brings development, coaching, oversight and parents into one place.
SHOT's football curriculum has seven frameworks, from Play for the youngest to Pro. Each level is thirteen four-week blocks, across five pillars. An under-nine works on keeping the ball close when they dribble. An under-fifteen is asked about receiving on the half-turn. The model is the same, and the language fits the age.
Or build your own framework with your pillars, scale, and season. Your non-negotiables can be a pillar of their own, scored every block. Each team runs its own framework.
The coach opens on their team. Evaluations done, and nothing overdue. This block's focus is set for every pillar. Training and matches are created from here.
Before the session, the athlete answers on this block's focus. They tap the sentence that sounds most like them. Afterwards, they reflect on the same topic. The coach gives their own score and a next step. Where the two differ is the conversation worth having.
Match results go in with goals, assists and saves against each athlete. Ball-rolling time and football time are logged for the match. So are minutes played for every athlete. Stint by stint, so you see real game time.
Every evaluation builds the athlete's record. The development report builds itself from that record. Every session, each pillar is scored by the athlete before, the athlete after, and the coach. It names the strongest and weakest skill in each pillar. The coach's words are carried through unedited. And the report prints for a review meeting.
The head of coaching sees every team in one view. Attendance and evaluations by team, with the club's average score. The injury hub shows who is unavailable across the club. And coaches are compared on delivery.
Messages go through club, team and coaches-only channels. There are no private messages, and under-eighteens can't comment unless you allow it. Announcements go to the audience you choose. Each channel shows who it reaches. Policies and forms live in one hub. You set who can see each one when you upload it. Trip forms go out attached to the post, and each family acknowledges them.
Chris is Leo's dad, and he sees when and where Leo's sessions are. And whether Leo is invited. He sees the development the coach has chosen to share. His messages come only from his club and Leo's team. And when he comments on a post, the coach replies in the thread.
Start with one age group, and we set it up with you. The core is free. Pro adds the development record and oversight. One academy platform, built around the athlete.
