PERFORM Develop

The app that
runs your club.
And proves it.

Fixtures, attendance, messaging, lineups, session planning and the frameworks, on a phone, for every sport. Free for clubs and coaches.

Scoring an evaluation across the five categories

Clubs and coaches pay nothing. Frameworks included.

There is no club bill and no per-member charge. A club runs everything free, and coaches get the development frameworks free with it.

A development plan belongs to the person it is about. A framework is a curriculum, so it belongs to whoever runs the session. A plan is a record of one person, so it lives in their own account at £4.99 a month: an Athlete, a parent covering up to three children, or a coach who wants the session planner, ALEX personalisation or a record of their own. We never bill a club per member. A club or academy can choose to cover it for its members and fold it into their fees, and plenty do. It is still their member’s account, in their name, and it goes with them when they leave.

What makes it different

The Athlete has
a voice in their
own record.

Development plans are usually written entirely by coaches, about an Athlete who never reads them and never contributes. At the top of the game those documents decide whether a young player is kept on or released.

Here, the Athlete reflects on the same blocks the coach evaluates. You can see where the two views agree, and where they do not, and talk about the gap. That conversation is the point.

What it measures

Building confident
young people.

Sport is not short of ways to tell somebody they are behind. The league table does it, the team sheet does it, and the group chat does it. PERFORM deliberately does not.

No comparison. No ranking.

Feedback is against the Athlete's own confidence, not against a teammate and not against an average. There are no league tables of children in this and there never will be.

The whole person, not the technique

Five categories: technical, physical, psychological, social and personal. The four-corner model most coaches already know, with a fifth for character, resilience and who somebody is becoming.

Patterns paper cannot show

When preparation habits drag everything else down, or fatigue quietly takes composure with it. A static development document has never once shown a coach that.

“I am not the best on my team.” Good. This was never about being the best. Every session an Athlete says where they are and where they want to get to, the record builds, and the change is visible to them, their coach and their parent. The far pitch matters as much as the front one.

For parents and guardians

A window,
not a group chat.

Guardian View shows what your child is actually working on: the focus areas, the progress across the five categories, and guidance so you can reinforce it without becoming the coach on the touchline.

Not another notification at nine at night. Ten seconds to see whether the thing they were struggling with in March has moved.

Included free, with the consent and safeguarding controls that come with it.

ALEX

Your companion
in the app.

ALEX sits inside the app and answers to whoever opens it. Gender-neutral by design, because the person asking could be anyone in the club.

  • Coaches plan sessions, with a session planner built off the framework the team is already on.
  • Parents get answers without ringing round: when is training, what does this evaluation mean, how do I add my other child.
  • Athletes get something to work on at home, between sessions.
  • Fans get the scores and the latest, without leaving the app.

A development layer
for every sport.

Not a football template with the words swapped. Each sport has its own focus areas, its own confidence signals and its own coach actions, across seven levels from Play to Pro. Free with the club.

Tap any one to see it full size. Twelve of forty-seven sports shown, from under-fives to adult and grassroots to professional. Written per sport and per level, not generated from a template.

How it works

Thirty seconds.
Four steps.

  • Prepare. The Athlete says what they are working on, before the session.
  • Reflect. They say how it went, in their own words, straight after.
  • Coach signal. Thirty seconds from the coach on a phone, or spoken aloud as a voice note rather than typed.
  • Progress. It lands in the plan. The parent sees it. Nobody writes a report.

The same loop works for the Athlete, the parent and the coach, and it runs whether an Athlete plays for one club or three. A coach with a squad sees where the whole group is moving, not just one player.
