1. Pick your course
Choose your sport and your pathway, from PLAY through to PRO. The examples, language and pace match where your players actually are.
LEARNING Develop
Every coach in every sport does something once, a Level 1 course, a governing-body badge, an induction session. Then they are expected to keep developing every player in front of them, every season, with no framework for how. SHOT Learning is that framework: free courses, one for your sport and your level, that teach you how to build, deliver and continue a real development plan using PERFORM.
The gap
A coaching qualification proves you can start. It does not tell you how to keep a group of players improving across 52 weeks, or how to show, with a click, who is progressing and who needs something different. That gap exists whatever the sport, whatever the level, from under-fives to a professional academy.

How the course works
Choose your sport and your pathway, from PLAY through to PRO. The examples, language and pace match where your players actually are.
Short lessons teach coaching decisions, not app screens: what to notice, what to ask, how to respond. Each one ends with an applied check, not a memory test.
Finish by building an actual four-week development plan from your own curriculum, not a hypothetical example.
Use the same method across the remaining blocks and the whole year. SHOTClubhouse is there afterwards, as one way to keep running it.
The method
PERFORM is the seven-step process behind every course: how a coach and athlete agree what matters, work on it, and know whether it changed. It sits on five pillars of development and a rhythm for bringing the athlete's voice into the plan.
